Common questions before an order
What is the minimum order quantity?
Samples start at one unit. Bulk MOQ depends on the model and whether branding is involved; consolidated mixed-model shipments can lower the first-order threshold. The MOQ is stated on each quotation.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Samples can be shipped (freight prepaid or collect) or shown on a video call. Sample cost is deductible from the first bulk order.
How are certificates provided?
CE / FCC / RoHS documentation is prepared per model and destination, and the actual scope is confirmed per order. We do not claim certificates that do not exist.
What are the lead times?
Samples usually take 7–15 days. Bulk production depends on model and quantity; branded items add artwork and first-article approval time. All dates are agreed in the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
Deposit plus balance is standard. Letters of credit and platform escrow can be discussed depending on amount and region, and are stated in the quotation.
